Brief bio

I’ve been writing screenplays for a dozen years.  I trained as an architect and am currently a director of Cambridge Architectural Research Limited.  My work there is primarily research and consultancy in low carbon buildings -  so day-to-day I do a lot of writing about the built environment, and participate in academic research projects.

Screenwriting background

I worked with a scriptwriting group in Emeryville, California (2003-5);

and attended course units under the Raindance London programme, with tutors including Steve Kaplan, Linda Seger and Christopher Vogler.  I’m now a member of the British Film Institute and Royal Television Society.
